Surgical Procedures
Nose osteotomy, then supplement
The nose bridge is narrowed through osteotomy of the nasal bone base, then embed the bone inward. If not in extreme cases, only grating the bone can be effective. If the site is too flat, it's replaced with prosthesis allowing the nose to be slim with perfect bridge.
